Edit: Rating dropped because advertisements in the middle are distracting and can cause timeouts. Perhaps you could increase the size of the buttons? Maybe square. The chat buttons are also very small, which can lead to a lot incorrect hits. A "Thank You" button would make this a better add-on. Although the chat options are limited it is a positive thing. It has a lot of features, good controls, and a great ranking system. Then I am kicked out of the game because I'm inactive.

With no cards, I don't know how to do anything. Even though I have no cards, the others keep telling me that it is my turn. The add ends and I am redirected back to the game. Half the time, I'm kicked out for being inactive during adds. Coding is a way to help others, not make money. You think ads at the top of the page are enough? It's not all about money. Everyone just keeps repeating Let's Go! when the delay comes from someone trying to close many ads at once. This causes problems with closing ads, delays games, and frustrates people. Sometimes I get 3 consecutive deals with the exact same card. It is not true to say that the deals come randomly. I know their names and they always make me pause and then call. I love the game, but it has been reworked more often than not. This game has been a long time favorite of mine, and I have spent hundreds upon thousands on tokens. Although this is in Single-style, there have been many games where my opponent has won the game because they gave away the winning hand to me or my partner. The more I play, the harder it is for me to catch the game and hand over my winning hand or that of my partner to the opponent. I lost almost all my games by large margins. The algorithms are terrible, went from 2350 up to 2150 within a week.
Every game starts down between 4 and 5 points, with very little chance of winning. Too many things have made this game awful lately. A word of advice to rookies: Trump always leads when your partner or you declare suit. It's difficult for experienced players not to get frustrated by their mistakes. While I understand that everyone must learn how to play the game, rookies are encouraged to join in on games. After a while, I was able to return to the game. A timer is a nice feature for those who are slow to play. Great virtual experience, but I wish there was more Canadian options. The support team is very active and helpful in solving problems. My girlfriend believes I am crazy for playing a game that frustrates me when it used to be fun 3 years ago. As society has become ruder and more impatient, so have players. You can be frozen for up to one game per 10 games, if that. This makes it more difficult to play the game. It is frustrating that ads are placed in middle of games.
